Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile markets
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce strategic white papers and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Monitor horizon-scanning signals from academic, startup, and geopolitical domains
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published future-state analyses or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or MFMP)
