Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze technological trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce quarterly trend briefs for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Build strategic partnerships with innovation labs and research institutions
- Advise on ethical implications of next-generation technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex trends
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects
