Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, technological disruptions, and behavioral shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation, market entry, and organizational adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions and validate emerging technologies
- Author compelling trend reports and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational evolution against 2026 milestones
- Curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors for ongoing intelligence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications or industry journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
