- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives and measure future-readiness
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
