- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force driving organizational adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business frameworks and scenarios
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist methodologies and strategic impact
