Responsibilities

- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (Web4, AGI, decentralized systems)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 5-year horizon risks/opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation velocity and future-readiness
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-relevant solutions with 18-month runway
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technology convergence
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future-state frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) with published research
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Economics, or Systems Thinking
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEP-EL, Delphi method) and predictive analytics
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-strategy initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive action plans
