Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly trend briefings and scenario-planning reports for executive leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF)
