- Develop strategic frameworks translating future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging challenges (AI ethics, climate adaptation, neuro-tech)
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional innovation committees
- Curate an annual 'Future State' report benchmarking industry preparedness for 2026 transformation
- Drive adoption of anticipatory governance principles across organizational decision-making
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI trajectories)
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible impact from future-oriented strategy execution
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
