Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and adaptation pathways
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Partner with R&D to incubate 2026-focused innovation initiatives and pilot programs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or similar body) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published future-focused strategic documents
