Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Produce scenario-based strategic forecasts with 3-5 year probabilistic models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-state vision and transition pathways
- Design and maintain proprietary trend intelligence dashboards using advanced analytics and machine learning
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms in technology and human evolution
- Advolve startup incubators and venture capital partners on future market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, R&D innovation, or corporate futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technology disruption topics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight.org)
- Demonstrated experience advising C-suite on transformational change initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
