Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms for 2026-2030
- Develop predictive models for AI ethics, quantum adoption, and climate-tech convergence
- Architect strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 regulatory landscapes
- Present foresight findings to executive boards through immersive data visualizations and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Author whitepapers on 'The Next Decade of Human-AI Symbiosis' for industry summits
- Coordinate with global futurist networks to validate trend hypotheses
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Mastery of foresight methodologies: Delphi technique, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
