- Present compelling futures insights to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and executive presentations
- Drive innovation labs and pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content and publish industry whitepapers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented methodologies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research and strategic deliverables
