- Produce actionable reports on emerging risks and opportunities for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals and ESG principles
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a future-oriented culture across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or relevant domain expertise
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences and boards
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
