Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for long-term business resilience and innovation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future foresight into organizational strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate innovation ecosystems and future-ready mindsets
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and actionable recommendations for board-level decisions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
