Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop predictive models for market evolution and competitive landscape transformation
- Architect strategic roadmaps aligning emerging trends with business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future scenarios with data-driven risk/reward analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies platforms
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives and boards
