Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for executive leadership
- Design and manage proprietary forecasting models using predictive analytics tools
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to present complex insights to diverse audiences
