Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Horizon Reports analyzing emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and innovation hubs
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact global challenges
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategic publications
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTR, APF)
