- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future intelligence into corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, etc.)
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies and data analytics
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial value (portfolio required)
- Mastery of horizon scanning techniques and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and quantitative scenario modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFCS preferred)
