Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate disruptive trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Produce visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on future technology and societal shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and environmental signals for early-warning systems

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven expertise in scenario modeling, Delphi techniques, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal impacts

- Experience with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or trend-prediction accuracy
