Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) and their industry implications
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational frameworks
- Produce whitepapers and predictive models for government and enterprise clients
- Identify disruptive innovation opportunities through ethnographic research and data synthesis
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend forecasting tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with 20+ keynote engagements at major conferences
- Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks and ethical AI governance
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
