Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders
- Design scenario-planning models for business resilience in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for prototyping future-state solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Advolve product roadmaps based on future-vision research and market simulations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong command of AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech implications
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-strategy implementations
