Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate adaptation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market disruptions
- Present executive briefings on future-proofing supply chains and workforce evolution
- Author whitepapers on metaverse integration and decentralized governance models
- Coordinate with global think tanks to validate foresight methodologies
- Drive cross-functional adoption of foresight outputs into product and marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of scenario planning for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into business strategy
- Experience publishing in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
