Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) and map their 2026+ impacts across 15+ industries
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients using proprietary predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos-level forums on future-proofing business models
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford's AI Institute on horizon-scanning research
- Mentor a team of junior futurists using our patented FutureStack methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (e.g., blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices
- Experience with predictive analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir, Tableau) and large datasets
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Certification in Applied Foresight (AF) or equivalent from Association of Professional Futurists
