Responsibilities
- Map and analyze emerging technology and societal trends shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating future innovations into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision scenarios
- Conduct competitive intelligence and disruption assessments for emerging markets
- Design and prototype future-state solutions using rapid ideation methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a horizon-scanning network of futurists and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects or published foresight work
