Responsibilities

- Architect innovation roadmaps for 2026+ market opportunities using scenario planning and probabilistic modeling
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product/service blueprints
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Produce executive reports and visualizations translating complex futures into strategic priorities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives with measurable business impact
- Professional certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
