Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech advancements
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future workforce transformation
- Author quarterly trend reports predicting societal and technological inflection points
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and DARPA
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Manage $50M innovation fund for moonshot projects targeting 2026 milestones
- Present at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation Summits as InnovateX thought leader
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Published author in Future Studies Quarterly or equivalent peer-reviewed journal
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to billion-dollar valuation
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 10-year horizon implementations
