As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and global innovation partners to anticipate paradigm shifts across biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable ecosystems. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investments and product launches that define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technology trends through 2030 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating breakthrough innovations (quantum AI, neurotech, climate engineering)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proof organizational design
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive market forces and societal impacts
- Design and launch corporate foresight programs with global enterprise clients
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, scientists, and venture capitalists
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and government innovation councils
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum systems)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex scenarios into executive action
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., MFSc from University of Houston)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three major future-shaping projects
