Responsibilities

- Develop and present 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future scenarios into corporate planning and investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops using speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
- Produce actionable trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with specialization in innovation
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method) and scenario planning
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-ready business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or industry journals
