Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum, AR/VR, and synthetic biology
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout emerging startups and IP acquisition targets
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology deployment
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry thought leadership via whitepapers and keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/strategy publications
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP preferred)
