You'll leverage cutting-edge scenario planning methodologies, predictive analytics, and ecosystem mapping to identify high-impact opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning initiatives for 2026+ horizons using advanced forecasting tools and methodologies
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on emerging tech disruption and societal shifts
- Develop proprietary innovation frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen business models and customer experiences
- Publish thought leadership on future-proofing strategies in top industry publications
- Advose C-suite on regulatory shifts, geopolitical risks, and market evolution post-2025
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Strong command of predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation initiatives
