Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 strategic vision through multi-year scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for future markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and disruptor startups
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for competitive advantage in post-2025 markets
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology scouts
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications and global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech, or neuro interfaces
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed or industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
