Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product development and market entry strategies
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Present future insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate culture and decision-making frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven future-planning track record
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and uncertainty
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented at scale
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
