Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions in quantum/AI integration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven scenarios and risk assessments
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem through partnerships with research labs and startups
- Author thought leadership content positioning Nexus Horizons as a 2026 industry pioneer
- Oversee implementation of emerging tech pilots with measurable ROI metrics
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial applications
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI governance frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or societal impact of AI
- Experience leading enterprise-level innovation labs or R&D divisions
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives with measurable outcomes
