Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and future scenario models for product innovation and business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and strategic priorities
- Produce executive-level trend reports and innovation roadmaps with quantifiable impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and thought leaders to accelerate future-ready capabilities
- Champion a culture of innovation by mentoring teams on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency with AI-powered analytics tools and big data visualization platforms
- Demonstrated track record of translating future insights into successful commercial initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications preferred
