Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, societal, and economic trends through 2026 using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for disruptive innovation initiatives across quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities and existential risks
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy, R&D, and talent development
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic pioneers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services anticipating market shifts
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects or published foresight research
