- Present strategic innovation briefs to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior innovation specialists through structured development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology innovation or futurism leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, AGI ethics, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong data modeling skills for technology adoption forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
