Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) and societal trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead high-stakes workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Author white papers and trend briefs published in industry journals and policy forums
- Collaborate with AI development teams to enhance predictive analytics tools for long-term forecasting
- Represent the firm at global innovation summits and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or technology assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in horizon-scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Proficiency with AI forecasting tools and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) preferred
