- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build predictive models using machine learning to forecast market evolution
- Author white papers on sustainable futures and ethical technology governance
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify 2026's breakthrough startups
- Represent the company at Davos, SXSW, and global futures forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology or climate futures
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro, Gartner hype cycle analysis, or similar tools
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futures-to-roadmap implementations
