Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, quantum computing) and their projected impact on industries by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for future market disruptions and opportunities
- Produce strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory changes affecting our 5-year outlook
- Design and maintain a futures intelligence database with predictive indicators
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, market analysis, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of technological convergence and systemic change drivers
- Published thought leadership or portfolio demonstrating futures analysis work
