Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2035 technology roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype disruptive solutions in AI, biotech, and spatial computing
- Partner with VC firms to identify emerging startups for strategic investments
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical and climate-related disruptions
- Present findings to C-suite and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or ventures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, TrendHunter)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
