Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipping in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move stock.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and team communication.
