Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
