Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment following OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS software and cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Ensure quality control by inspecting products for damage and accuracy
- Uphold 5S workplace organization and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
