Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments using electric pallet jacks
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracyOperate forklifts and warehouse equipment after paid certification
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain organized storage zones and clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
