Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Maintain inventory counts and documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
- Resolve operational issues with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/fulfillment experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy (WMS experience preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
