Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Supervise 10-15 staff members during overnight shifts, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and company protocols
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and shift reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Proficient in WMS inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours
