Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift/Reach Truck) safely and proficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
