Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency while maintaining quality standards and deadlines
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate complex issues to management
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with day shift managers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift operations
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
