Responsibilities
- Provide high-tier technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming service tickets with a focus on rapid response times.
- Perform essential system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Monitor network infrastructure and proactively identify potential outages.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident reports.
- Collaborate with the core engineering team for complex escalations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, and DHCP protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification.
