Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Develop robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern cloud-native architectures.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java. Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services is highly preferred.
- Tools: Strong command of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
